  Please contact customer support in order to receive bank details to a particular “clearing house” subsidiary. Please note that all deposits and withdrawals must come and go to a bank account under the account holders name and cannot be received or sent to any third party, even if the account holder requests and consents.

How do I make a deposit into my platinumodds account?

Firstly, in order to make a deposit and place bets at platinumodds, you are required to register an account.

If you’re already a member, please carry out the following procedure:

1.       Log into your account

2.       Contact customer service for relevant bank details

3.       Send a telegraphic transfer to the bank account provided to you

4.       Email a copy of the receipt to customer service for your account to be credited immediately

CREDITS

A client may apply for their account to be credited with a certain amount of funds due to the client not being able to physically deposit funds into their account immediately. In this case, a temporary credit may be accredited to the clients account so that the client can wager on the upcoming match of their desire. This credit facility is provided on the sole condition that win, lose or draw, the credit is to be physically paid back to the bookmaker before any withdrawals can be processed on the relevant account and/or any other accounts the client may hold within our group. In the event the client cannot pay the full credit, then the client has the option to pay a partial credit and all subsequent bets after the credit shall be altered according to the amount the client physically pays. In the event the client does not wish to pay the credit and the bet has resulted in a win, then the client may chose to cancel the bet and forfeit all funds in the account. In the event the client loses the bet and wishes not to pay the credit, then the client will be issued notices for the amount to be paid and the client will not be able to utilize any of our services until the credit is paid back in full.

If we reasonably suspect that the member is abusing our credit offers, we may choose to terminate the account, and any related accounts across our Services, and withhold any funds from such accounts.

If we have reason to suspect that an account or group of accounts are operating systematically – for example employing specific wagering techniques or wagering as a group, the Company shall have the right to block or terminate all accounts and in such circumstances, the Company shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your account.

 

What is your Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, we make every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All your winnings in relation to sports or horse racing game greater than $30,000 may be withdrawn in limited installments of up to $30,000 per calendar month if so decided by the Company at its sole discretion. The withdrawal policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account.

All withdrawals must be sent to a bank account under the same name as the account holder.

This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud and to verify the withdrawal is being sent directly to the account holder. 

Main Verification Documents Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Driver’s License or National ID card. Specifically it is the photograph page of the ID that we require for our verification checks. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.

Proof of address: This may be submitted in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement. It should be a recent document showing your full name and

Address as registered on your account with us. If you provide a credit card statement please ensure that you blank out the eight middle numbers of the credit card. 

Notarized documentation: Your documents will need to be authenticated by an appropriate qualified Notary/Solicitor and signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy. Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. 

In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, verification must be completed within 7 days or your withdrawal will be reversed and the funds returned to your bankroll. In the event a member requests to withdraw funds in a currency different from the deposit currency, a conversion rate will be applied based upon the daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal is processed. A special margin to cover our conversion costs may be added to the mid-market commercial conversion rates offered. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency. 

We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit or credit transactions. Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

This Withdrawal Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Withdrawal Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
